ABOUT US

Ashley Heringa is an ACSM certified trainer and a certified Pre- and Postnatal coach. She is the mom to two children.

Strength in Her Fitness was born from Ashley’s frustration of the little guidance given to women for exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. The focus given was always on keeping the baby safe, but rarely was any focus given to the mom’s body. After a lot of research, Ashley decided to get certified from ACSM and Girls Gone Strong. She is constantly looking for new and upcoming ideas and approaches to helping women in their athletic endeavors and pursing their fitness goals throughout their lives.

Testimonials

HAPPY CLIENTS

“Ashley is an amazing coach, and I would not be where I am without her. ”

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ashley for teaching me how to pay attention to how I am using my core when I’m exercising. She has taught me how to engage parts of my core that I didn’t realize I wasn’t using and has given me exercises to do on my own. Working out post baby (even after 3 years) is a work in progress but I am starting to be able to tell a difference in how my body is working during exercise. She is a wealth of knowledge so ask her anything! There are no dumb questions. Believe me, I’ve asked some strange ones! ”
